TAS3251: Where do I request the EVM app for TAS2557EVM?

Tool/software:

I have requested and downloaded PPC3, but when I install it and log into my TI account, there is nothing listed under "Installed EVM Apps" and it shows four "Available EVM Apps", none of which is the TAS2557. Is there a link that I should follow to request this? Or someone that I should contact?

Hi Glenn,

You need to have separate permission for PPC3 and different device apps. Looks like you already have the PPC3. Now you need to request permission for the TAS2557 app.

Once you are approved, please use this FAQ to manually add the device app to the PPC3. Usually it is automatic but we are migrating to a new platform and you need to follow the FAQ to add the device app manually for the time being. Let me know if you have any question.

I see that your link ends in "TAS3251-SW" in it. Does that same app work for the TAS2557?

HI Glenn, I apologize. I saw TAS3251 on the title so I sent the link for that device. You are correct they are different.
