Hi Ravindra,
EMI is heavily dependent on board design and layout. I would make sure you have a PI filter on the power inputs, proper routing and placement of bypass capacitors, short and unobstructed ground return paths, and a solid ground plane(s).

The device will pass EMI standards with proper design. If it is failing, then there is an issue with the design, layout, and/or the testing itself. If you can share the layout with me I can review if there is anything that stands out there.
