Hi,

i have connected the TAS2780EVM to the PPC as below

But when i click into device control, the page stay at "writing current state to device“.

Are there any settings that need to be configured?

Hi,

Perhaps the PPC3 installation was not properly completed.
Can you please try re-installing by disabling firewall, VPN or other network features?

Hi Leow,

You should not need any special hardware configuration. I am going to check with our PPC3 team and get back to you when we have more information.

Hi Leow,

I heard back from the PPC3 team. But they need to see during which section of I2C writes GUI stopped. Can you please enable i2c recording and share the logs for further debug?

Steps to enable and capture I2C recording are below:

Open TAS2780 app from App Center
Click on 'Connect' for EVM Connection
Click on I2C button in the bottom bar to open I2C Monitor
Click on Start Recording button in I2C Monitor. Green symbol will change to Red to indicate recording is ON.
Go to Device Control page
