For unused input pins (INL, INR) AC couple the pins to GND via a 0.47uF or similarly sized capacitor. Do not short the pins prior to the AC coupling i.e. use two caps, one per each pin.

For unused outputs (MICBIAS, HPR, HPL) these can be left floating.
