Hi, Daniele,
When you say "ultrasound transducer/sensor" do you mean like medical ultrasound or like sonar ultrasound?

The device is gonna be a not invasive transit time ultrasonic flowmeter, where the probes are clamped outside the pipe line.
Trasducer center frequency will be around 2.0 MHz.
What I need is something able to charge the piezoelectric membrane with square or sinusoidal pulses, hold the electric field on the membrane, discharge it to generate the ultrasonic signal.
Having a built-in amplifier to amplify the echoes it's a plus but not needed for the driving device.
Hope I've clarified my issue.
Regards,
Daniele
