by the way the analog GND and digital GND should be spread?

Hi Lawrence,

Layout guidelines will be published in the datasheet when the device fully releases to the market later this year. For now, you can reference the EVM layout pictures shown in the EVM's user's guide. Shown there, we recommend separating analog and digital GNDs with multiple GND layers.

Our team can also help review customer's PCB layout.

Hi Lawrence,

AVSS, VSS, and ADDRA share analog GND. IOVSS is digital GND. The rest looks good.
