We have previously checked the filter update sequence on ADC3140 in the following thread:

After implementing this and proceeding with mass production of the product, the filter oscillation symptom that occurred before consulting the forum recurred.
The frequency of occurrence is quite low, with about 2000 units and only detected once.
We performed a reproduction test using the actual device where the problem occurred, but it was not reproducible.
What kind of situations could lead to such symptoms?
When setting the filter coefficients in the ADC3140, is it possible that the values are not set correctly depending on the timing?
