TAS6424E-Q1: Why Tweeter can pass the DC diagnosis

Hi expert,

When the output of the TAS6424E-Q1 is connected only to the high-pitched speakers, they found that the DC diagnostic did not report an OPEN fault.

This is strange because the Tweeter have DC blocking capacitors internally. Have you encountered a similar situation?

The figure below shows the results of the DC diagnostic measurement. At this time, only one Tweeter is connected to the CH1 channel.

Perhaps the impedance curve at DC is not large enough. Could let speaker manufacture provide the impedance curve to take a look.

There is a 4.7uF capacitor inside the SPEAKER.

The DC impedance is very low, no problem to pass DC Diag.
