There should be a "tar.gz" file in the folder. Do you see it there?

Please use this FAQ to manually add the device app to the PPC3. Usually it is automatic but we are migrating to a new platform and you need to follow the FAQ to add the device app manually for the time being. Let me know if you have any question.

That is problem, there is no "tar.gz" file available on secure link.  I have installed other EVM's into Purepath console without issue because the "tar.gz" was available on those links.  This is all that is available on secure link.

Hi  Scott,

I see the issue now. Thanks for pointing it out. We will fix it in the backend. In the meantime, here is the tar.gz file attached. Please let me know if you encounter any other issues.

i tried the file you sent and it will not open.  I even renamed with the ".tar.gz".  Says the file selected is invalid.  Any suggestions?

Hi Scott,

please try the download again and also make sure it is not blocked by Virus scanner or similar tool. I got the file (46MB) and was able to unzip/untar using my TotalCommander tool without name change. It takes multiple steps to get to the file level...  I did not install the tool but I could read any file I tried.
