Part Number: TPA2013D1
Tool/software:
Hello, I am utilizing the TPA2013D1 amplifier in a project and am having an issue with the amplifier not turning on initially unless I have the gain on the input source set very high. I am able to send an initial signal audio signal with a very high gain and once I do that the device will play any audio file after it even if it is at what I would consider a normal level. As long as I keep power to the device it will continue to work even with very low level audio signals. Once I disconnect power I have to again "wake it up" with a high gain audio signal. I'm new to designing amplifiers and not sure if there is a design flaw or if I missed something? It seems like the system has a min input threshold to turn on the amp but once on it can except any level of signal?
