"Audio" forum VS "Audio Converters" forum?

Hi,

 

Within E2E there are two forums containing "Audio" in their names:

 

 

Forum description

Audio

N/A

Audio Converters

Products covered in this forum are... Audio ADCs Audio DACs CODECs

 

If "Audio Converters" forum is for DAC, ADC and CODECs, then what "Audio" forum is for? Its name has created much confusion to me and I posted all of my questions of codecs in "Audio" forums in the past days.

    Hi, Zheng,

    What about the Audio Amplifier forum? How does that fit in everything? :)

    Basically, the Audio forum is for parts that aren't really defined as a converter or an amplifier. If you look thru it, you'll see posts on TAS1020B, TAS3204, etc, etc.

    It's not a big deal, if you post to the incorrect forum, we will move it for you.
