I've already got the application approved and I also clicked on access in Secure Resources, but my PPC3 software still shows "No Available EVM apps to Install".

Hi William,

Sorry about that. There's a bug with TIs new software system that can conflict with PPC3. We are working on a patch for this, but in the mean time you can install the apps manually by following these instructions: https://e2e.ti.com/support/audio-group/audio/f/audio-forum/1390575/faq-purepathconsole-how-to-install-purepath-console-3-device-apps-manually

Since you got the approval email that should be all you need.
