Tool/software:
I am trying to Add Audio codec module(TLV320DAC3100) support to my yocto image, I started by adding the `meta-ti` layer but I can't find the `mickledore` version.
How can I have a version of `meta-ti` that could match with my pocky version mickledore ?
Also, I am curious about the steps to fulfill the add of the Linux driver to be able to detect audio DAC/CODEC and interact with it. Is there any guidance or support for that ?
Hi,
Based on the yocto repository, the meta-ti layer is not supported for the mickledore kernel version.

Hi,
Thank you for your reply. So, is there anyway for `mickledore` version to use `meta-ti, probably a patch to apply or any other solution?
Hi,
Let me check on this and get back to you by this week.
Thanks and Regards,
Lakshmi Narasimhan
Hi Ahmed,
Today is a holiday so Lakshmi will take a look at this beginning tomorrow and should follow up this week.
For book-keeping purposes, please don't reply to this message unless we have not followed up with you in a timely manner.
Thanks for your patience,

Hi Ahmed,
It looks like there is a commit version that is supposed to be compatible for mickledore version at this link:
https://git.yoctoproject.org/meta-ti/commit/?id=e18e18005d6459a8ad3675830cf1141af7790221
Basically, it looks like changes are made on the .conf files for mickledore.
Thanks and Regards,
