Hi,

I am having problems on trying to connect to the EVM thru USB. I am using a laptop computer with Windows 11. I have already installed the PurePath Console and the I2C Master:

But I still cannot get an online connection to the EVM:

I get this message from Windows when I connect the USB to the EVM:

Any clue or any hint to make connection and make the EVM work?

Hello Irving,

I am having the same connecting issues with a USB C cable from UGREEN, but I can connect with another one.

Eitherway, the HDMI is not working and I wanted to see if it had something to do with the USB issue.

If you could also send me the driver, I would appreciate it. My mail is pablo.flor@aureaavionics.com

Sorry to hear that, the issue may not very to solve.

Right now, our side doesn't have very strong evidence indicates Win11 system would conflict with PPC3 software, got lots of customer using Win11 and everything goes well.

Perhaps let's find some way to make sure the EVM itself is no problem, especially the USB connection IC on it. Any possible at your side could find a Win10 computer, install the PPC3 and have a try?

Thanks for the support. Seems like I got connection now. Changed cable and removed a bluetooth dongle. Not sure yet what helped. But now I got connection. Thanks a lot for the support. The speakers are now working fine. Regards! Irving M.
