TLV320DAC3203EVM-K: USB Not active on EVM Board when plugged in.

Hi,   I have an TLV320DAC3203EVM-K kit and when I open the app in windows 11 with administrator privileges, the usb status shows read and all of the EVM info in the text boxes is missing.  This used to work ok, but now it doesn't.  

See attached picture.

It is like the processor that handles the USB has failed.   Is there a way to re-flash it?

    Hi Alan,

    Just to confirm this GUI had been working correctly on the same machine but then stopped working?

    I would uninstall the GUI, remove the EVM from the device manager ("show hidden devices" may be necessary), and restart the computer. Then try to reinstall the GUI, run as admin, then plug in the EVM.
