Hi,
I'm hoping to continue the conversation from this previous thread here: https://e2e.ti.com/support/audio-group/audio/f/audio-forum/1421389/opa1622-en-shutdown-not-working
Does your team have recommendations of how to completely shut down the output of the device?
Thank you!
Hi Abigail,
Unfortunately there is no other way to completely shutdown the output stage. This is controlled internally to the device vis the enable pin. The output stage is shutdown in this mode saving power.
Best Regards,
Chris Featherstone
Hi Abigail,
Thinking about this further. This may not even be caused by the device. There are going to be feedback resistors around the amplifier itself and this is a path for the signal to conduct. I will respond on the other thread as well.
Best Regards,
Chris Featherstone
