TAS2563YBGEVM-DC: no boosting

My customer are using TAS2563EVM.

When apply 5V to VBAT, PVDD doesn't output correctly as of the boost resister settings.

Is there anything they need to configure except BOOST CFG1/2/3?

VBAT:5V

Voost maximum:12V

mode:always

Enable

Could you share all register values for BOOST_CFG1/2/3?

Also, can you elaborate on what you mean by not outputting correctly? What are they seeing on PVDD and when are they seeing it?
