Hello,

We are runing new SALB2 with TAS2563YBG-EVM.

On PPC3 selected Characterization tab but does not show up HW check function which previously seen.

Then I tried to open Tuning and Audio Processing tab but nothing change the progess bar.

There is EVM name at Bottom Left side of screen that is “TAS2563 EVM” it should be recognaized as “TAS2563 EVM-LB2”.

What is EVM setting concern of this type of error?

    Hi Mochizuki,

    Can you share captures of the jumpers on both PPC3 motherboard and TAS2563 board? IOVDD SELECT on PPC3 motherboard should be set to 1.8V.
    Also, what is the supply used on PPC3 motherboard? Please make sure to use 5V supply.

    If you use the PPC3 and TAS2563 EVM by itself (no learning board connected), are you able to use PPC3 normally?

    Hi Ivan,

    Thank you for your prompt support.

    PPC3 IOVDD selection is 1.8V and connecting external 5V supply.

    We found that if TAS2563YGB-EVM is connected w/o SALB2, I2C error is occurred.

    It seems TAS2563 is damaged.
