AIC3262-STICKEVM: Firmware Image

Part Number: AIC3262-STICKEVM

Tool/software:

I need to re-write TUSB3200 Firmware on AIC3262-STICKEVM. But, I couldn't find the firmware image.

On its users guide (SLAU448), it describes the firmware image is located path as below, but I couldn't find the location. How can I get the TUSB3200firmware.xml file?

Could you give me a correct path and/or downloadable URL, please?

  • Hi Yo,

Unfortunately the links to the software are broken and were not kept in a place that can be retrieved. I don't think we can support reprogramming the stick EVM at this time.

The main AIC3262EVM has better support over reprogramming the USB firmware for different sample rates. Would you like a sample of the EVM to compensate for the stick EVM not working as expected?

    Thanks,
    Jeff McPherson

  • Okay, I'll dump out that firmware image from another board, and re-write with it.

    Thank you.

  • Hi Yo,

Be aware, the TUSB3200 is not used on the regular AIC3262EVM. The TAS1020B is used instead. I doubt you will be able to dump the TAS1020B firmware onto the stick EVM. My hope is that the TAS1020B is better supported and you will have an easier time.

If this is still okay, please sent me a connection request on e2e so you can provide me a shipping address.

    Best regards,
    Jeff McPherson

  • Thanks, I understood.

We already purchased a few STICK-EVMs. So, I'll dump out the EEPROM image from one of that, and burn it into broken stick EVM's EEPROM.
