TAS6424E-Q1: Line output diagnostic is not performing as expected

Hi,

-->While performing line output diagnostic on channel1 with subwoofer connected and not connected condition both the scenario getting result 0x00 value on register(DC Load Diagnostics Report 3 Line Output Register (address = 0x0E)).

I have done configuration for line out diagnostic 
1. TAS6424E-Q1 Amplifier channel1 configured in line output mode 
     Mode Control Register (address = 0x00) and value  0x08.
2.Performed the line output diagnostic on channel1
   configured line output diagnostic enabled
DC Load Diagnostic Control 1 Register (address = 0x09) and value 0x02

3. Read the Line output register for Diagnostic result
DC Load Diagnostics Report 3 Line Output Register (address = 0x0E)

    Puneet,

    There is not enough information here to provide a definite answer.  I will need to know when you send the commands to the load diagnostic registers and at when you also read them.  It takes time to run the load diagnostics.  Please provide the timing you have in your procedure.
