TAS5441-Q1: About I2C at no use I2C

Part Number: TAS5441-Q1

Tool/software:

Hello,

My customer is asking about I2C in TAS5441-Q1.

1) What will the default gain setting be at no use I2C(no microcontroller in the system) ?

In case of using I2C, the default gain setting is below.

Is setting of no use I2C same as using I2C case?

2) From 6.3 Recommended Operating Conditions(page 4),

they are understanding there no problem the maximum voltage on the I2C pin is 5V.

Their understanding is correct.?

(I think 5V on the I2C pin is problem because of absolute maximum rating.)

3)According to datasheet(8.2.2.1.3 I2C Pins: pase24), it is described to If there is no microcontroller in the system,

connect the SDA and SCL pins to 3.3 V.

Same as question (2),in this case, is there no problem to connect the SDA and SCL pins to 5V for no use I2C?
