My customer is asking about load dump in TAS5441-Q1.

Are TPA3111D1-Q1 or TPA3112D1-Q1 load dump function?

Also, are there any other in-vehicle class D amp devices with load dump?

    Hi,

    The TAS5441-Q1 is designed as an automotive part and has a load dump voltage of 40Vdc for a 400ms duration.  See the abs max table.

    The TPA3111D1-Q1 and TPA3112D1-Q1 are not load dump capable.

    There is a long list of Class D amps that are load dump capable.  Please provide your system need and I will look for a part.
