TAS2780EVM: PurePath Console EVM App issue

Part Number: TAS2780EVM

Tool/software:

I have signed up and received in the secure source the PurePath Console and the EVM app.  The insturctions that came with the evm app say to open the PPC and sign in to see your app.  It isn't showing up.  I am not sure what i am doing wrong?
