TAC5242: Solid state relay or micro relay for a fail safe function in aviation headset.

Tool/software: 

Designing Fail Safe Feature for aviation headset. 
For this relay, looking for any solid state component like electronic switches (Analog).
If Relay is NC, Audio input is directly connected to wired headset. If Relay is NO, Audio is going through DSP for processing, 
after that is going to wired headset. 
When battery is NOT available, Relay is NC, in this mode it is Fail Safe mode.
