PCM5102A: PCM5102A - is it possible to bypass solder joints?

Hello all!

I know, that for propper work of this board I should connect solder points H/L on back of module.

I want to make 1L, 2L, 3H, 4L.

Can I use instead of solder joints pins 1-4 to connect with GND/VIN (Low, High) as seen on picture (pink)?

Would this work?

Is there something I need to care about or any potential issue with this solution?

Hello Ivo,

the red Module board in the above picture is something you developed yourself, correct? I don't see any problem to connect the pins the way you have to GND or Supply. Of course usually we use pull up or pull down resistors but still this should work.

Hello Arash.

This module is NOT developed myself, if it would I would know how it is connected to main chip.

This module is widely sold on internet, for example here: https://a.aliexpress.com/_ExNaAxJ

Since I was unable to find drawing of that module, I n am trying get information here.
