PCM9211: PCM9211PTR Usage problem

Hi

After we put this material on the machine, the HDMI ARC of the product TV is connected to the power amplifier, and the EP950 receives the SPDIF signal and sends it to PCM9211. Some TVS have stutter sound,
What are the possible reasons for the above problems?
Can it be improved by peripheral circuitry?
Please help to confirm

    Hello, the state of problem is very vague to me. If I understood correctly, the SPDIF signal is sent to PCM9211 and in some of the tvs there is a problem with the sound.

    I would first check that the SPDIF signal that is going to the tvs are all correct and has no issue, This also can be tested by swapping signal/tv. 

    You need to find and confirm the source of issue in the system first.
