DRV2700EVM-HV500: The driver didn’t work when I connected to piezo disks.

Tool/software:

I purchased a piezo driver (DRV2700EVM-HV500) from DigiKey in the end of this February. At first, when I connected it with piezo disks, it works well. However, currently I found that it didn’t work, no matter what voltage or frequency it output. I also changed to another piezo elements, but they didn’t work either. How would I do?

    Hello,

    Are you connecting the EVM to piezo control console? If you can share screen shots of piezo console and the scope output of OUT+ and OUT- when you see this issue that would be helpful in our debug process. Also, what is the capacitance of the piezo that worked well previously and what is the capacitance of the piezos that you are trying now?
