The data sheet of TPA3123D2 recommend use a 1uF low ESR capacitor for VBYP capacitor to reduce pop noise.
My customer follow it, but the pop noise issue still confuse it when TPA3123D2 power on.
Can you provide the more detail information about Pin 7 of TPA3123D2, like detail block of bypass block or innor circuit of this part?
Or do you have any suggestion about Cpyd value?

Hi Tony,

THe recommended value for CBYP is 1uF. We also recommend that the input capacitors have the same value (DS pg16) as CBYP. Could the pop noise being generated from the audio source that is driving TPA3123 during power on? If the input of TPA3123 are AC coupled to ground and disconnected from the audio source, is there still pop noise during power on? You can also try enabling MUTE during power on for a short period until inputs/outputs voltages are settled.

Hi Paul,

I don't connect any audio source. The pop noise will happen when I turn on the power supply and its out is up to 8.8~9.6V. I know TPS3123D2 Vcc(min) is 10V, but my power supply output become stable from 0 to 20V need about 20ms. I try to delay to enable TPS3123D2 by SD pin before the power supply output become stable, the situation will be better but can not be avoided completely. I try enable MUTE during power on, too. But it does not have any help. Do you have any suggestion?
