For your first scenario, do you mean that the SPKVDD is low? I don't think the device will be able to identify this, you just will not have speaker output if SPKVDD is below about 2.7V. For your second scenario, do you mean when SPKVDD is sufficient but there is no digital audio into the device? This would be controlled by the I2S host, not the DAC, so again I don't think the DAC can explicitly flag when there is no audio input, unless you mean something else. Let me know about these details so I can better help.

After I and the customer confirm the demand, the customer means SPKVDD is normal, can our chip monitor the internal D class amplifier output power of the chip is normal?
For example, if the Class D amplifier is damaged,(output power can not achieved the preset value), Can our chip able to detect this thing? the second question is also is there any monitoring of the Class D amplifier under the assumption that the I2S is normal?

I don't think the DAC has any smart features besides the use of MICDET for open load detection, which we discussed over email I believe. The output power capabilities is dependent on the SPKVDD. The amplifier should not be damaged if the device is operating within the min and max ratings in the datasheet. There is an overcurrent detection feature for the speaker amplifier, so if the speaker is shorted the output stage will turn off in the device.
To detect the output of the amplifier, again I don't think there is a specific feature to measure the output, but you could measure the DAC analog path output with DRC, you could set the threshold for the DRC to trigger to be low and then the DRC flag would be active, but then the signal would be extremely compressed. It depends what type of signals you are measuring.
