TLV320ADC5140: Help select a correct device

Below is the requirement from my customer. Could you please help check what part number is correct?

Project: high accuracy audio signal measurement

1. input signal freq: 20~20kHZ (1kHz sin signal is usually used)

2. 4 channels

3. 24bit

4. measurement accuracy: 0.01%

5. 200k sps (50k at least)

6. How to calculate THD, SNR, LEVEL, RMS based on the data from ADC? Do you have the related materials?

    TLV320ADC5140 fits the customer requirement, however the supported sampling frequencies must be multiples of 44.1kHz or 48kHz. The closest sampling frequency supported is 192kHz and more information can be read in section 8.3.2 of the datasheet.

    THDN and SNR test conditions are outlined in the electrical characteristics tables (section 7.5) of the d/s.

    Input signal level and its RMS equivalent are provided by the user and can be measured with an oscilloscope. The full scale range for a differential input is 2Vrms in this device.

    thanks for the reply.

    My customer wants to do a signal measurement and analysis machine, so they decide to use a MCU to calculate the THD, SNR, LEVEL, RMS parameters based on the data from the Audio ADC and then output the results.

    Do we have related materials about this?

    This is possible at a system level from an MCU.

    Our audio lab utilizes an audio analyzer (APX555) that automatically calculates these specifications so unfortunately we do not have any material for your application.
