A device was used on the customer's site for about a month and experienced damage to the amplifier chip. After measurement, it was found that the OTA-A pin was broken down to GND. The VBUS+ of the amplifier is 52.5V, VPP is 12V, and two sets of 8 Ω speakers are used. The impedance of GVDD_AB pin to ground becomes 5 Ω.
GVDD is directly connected to a 12V power supply, with a bootstrap capacitor of 47nF and a recommended design of 33nF.
This is a new project that only started mass production this year. 200 units have already been shipped, and there are still 300 units waiting to be shipped. We need help to check the circuit design and avoid risks.
