TAS2563: question about 2S battery supply

Hi team,

This is FAE Jayden, my customer would like to use TAS2563 in notebook. I found that this device can support 2S battery supply. Here're some questions:

Which pin is VBAT and VBAT2S (D1 & D2 pin)?
Any schematic reference design for this 2S battery application? I only got 1S battery EVMs on ti.com;

Hi Jayden,

Thanks for reaching out.

1. - VBAT1S connects to pin D1.
- VBAT2S connects to pin D2 and SW inductor.

2. Below is a schematic image of the device in 2S configuration. You are correct the EVM by default supports 1S configuration. The EVM can be modified to support 2S, but VBAT and VBAT2S would need to be the same value as these pins are tied together on the EVM.
