TAS6584-Q1: Audio loss in TAS6584

Part Number: TAS6584-Q1

Tool/software:

Hi all. Kindly need your support in this. We are using 2 TAS6584 amplifiers in our project. We are facing audio loss in some channels when thermal chamber testing is done. We do have a heat sink on the amplifier. The following registers are configured:

CURRENT_SENSE - 0x0f

ASI_CTRL0 - 0x00

ASI_CTRL1 - 0x14

ASI_CTRL3 - 0x0f

ASI_CTRL5 - 0x0f

ASI_CTRL8 - 0x01

ASI_CTRL9 - 0x00

ASI_CTRL12 - 0x00

ASI_CTRL13 - 0x81

ASI_CTRL14 - 0x01

ASI_CTRL15 - 0x00

ASI_CTRL17 - 0x03

DIG_VOL_CH1 - 0x30

DIG_VOL_CH2 - 0x30

DIG_VOL_CH3 - 0x30

DIG_VOL_CH4 - 0x30

DSP_CTRL2 - 0x00

AGAIN1 - 0x00

AGAIN2 - 0x00

AGAIN3 - 0x00

AGAIN4 - 0x00

DC LDG Ctrl 1 - 0x01

ANA_CTRL2 - 0x03

STATE_CTRL0 - 0x44

STATE_CTRL1 - 0x44

Switching frequency - 384KHz

Modulation mode - 1SPW

OT warning level - 121*C

Input voltage to amplifier is 24V

and Audio gain at DSP is -32db

The amplifier reaches the temperature: 142.91*C and OTW TGFB Warn Status Register is 0x1f.

We also have tried with BD modulation and switching frequency 2.1MHz

At room temperature testing: (1W/ch) amplifiers started to turn on and off audio on channels after few minutes

thermal chamber 88degC testing: (2V(1W)), 1st and 4th channel of 1st amplifier & 2nd and 4th channel of 2nd amplifier are turning OFF and ON.

Can anyone pls suggest a solution for this?
