We do not have a specific user guide for TAS2110 PPC3, but we do have the EVM user guide. Are you having any issues with the bring up of PPC3?
Also note we have TAS2120 that is soon to release which is newer version of TAS2110. I recommend looking into this device as well.

When the input voltage is 5V,
When driving a 3W (4-ohm speaker), TAS2110 will start protection, probably because the boost is not started;
in addition, is the I2C pull high voltage 3.3V or 1.8V?

Which protection is being triggered?
The device I2C should be 1.8V. This is based on the VDD supply voltage.
I also want to mention that we a newer similar device, TAS2120, that is about to release if you are interested in exploring other options.
