TPA3112D1: Help with using the TPA3112D1.lib model for LTSpice newest version.

Tool/software:

I use LT Spice. I have not been able to use the encrypted library TPA3112D1.lib to generate a usable sim library for LTSpice. Has anyone done this or does anyone have a suggestion for what to try?

Hi Mark,

We can't support LTSpice, in this case I could only suggest using TINA-TI software, the reference circuit is available in the product folder: TPA3112D1 data sheet, product information and support | TI.com

I use LTSpice because in my experience I have found it to work the best of all the free and purchased spice programs I have tried. It also orks for the most models. My students use it. Why can't you put out models that most spice programs can use not just yours. Put out an encrypted model for LTSpice if you are concerned about your property.

I tried using the TPA3111 unencrypted model and it doesn't work. I am able to use it to create a symbol but the library doesn't give usable results. I have attached my LTSpice files and your library if you can run them.

Hi Mark,

I was able to find an unencrypted version of this model, you can find attached. Hope you can use this and make any necessary changes to make it work on LTSpice.
