DC diagnostic time in the datasheet only write the type 230ms,,but no have the MAX? ms,now we end the DC diagnostic time with 600ms, Please confirm:The MAX DC diagnostic time is ?ms, and the reason of 600ms(Retry?)?

Hello,

If all channels are open load, the maximum time is 590ms. This makes sense for a 600ms retry.

(1)If two channels are normal connect,two channels are open load（not used，no output LC ）,it also cost 590ms? Is there some method (register) to reduce the time to 230ms?

(2)The pop will happen when the input BCLK& Fs& DATA line abrupt open，is there some register to prevent it?

You can turn off the automatic DC load diagnostics. Then you can use Register 0x04 to select individual channels to run DC load diagnostics.
If you lose a clock, the TAS6422 goes into a fault condition and immediately places the output into a Hi-Z state. The only way to prevent this is not lose a clock signal while in play mode.

The setting time is the time between the finish of S2G/S2P testing and the start of the SL/OL testing.
The ramp time is the time to go from settling time to the detection time on the SL and OL testing. This also affects the ramp down from SL/OL detection time to completion of load diagnostics.
