I am having a problem with REV B, because the offset adjustment terminal is N.C,
I am having a problem with a mounting board that requires voltage adjustment using the offset terminal.
Is there any good way to do this?
Also, does REV C have an offset function? (We have them in stock).

OPA134's offset adjustment pin is removed and no longer implemented.

You do not need to do anything. Since pin1 and pin8 are not connected to IC internally, they have no effects on the functionality of the op amp, even trim resistors are populated on the existing PCB designed for the previous OPA134 revision.
Or you can remove the trim resistors to save two extra parts, see the attached note below the pin's description table.
Also, does REV C have an offset function? (We have them in stock).
The Rev. C op amp will likely do not have the offset trim function either. The part has not been released yet. The current datasheet was published 2 months ago.
