Hi PY:
I have installed the TAS5825M in PPC3, but the module gets the message "Access Denied."
My PPC3 version is 3.2.1, and the TAS5825M version is 3.1.14. I have re-logged in and switched to a new browser, but it didn't resolve the issue.
How do I fix this issue?
Hi Leo,
It looks like the device app is showed up on your PPC3 but the access is denied for the app? Could you please "sign out" and see if you can enter into the app? Please let me know if that resolve the issue.
Regards,
Nayeem
Hi Nayeem:
Thank you for your response. I get the result shown in Figure 1 when I sign out, and then the TAS5825M can enter the configuration. But why does the message "Access Denied" appear when I log in? How can I fix this issue?
The exclamation mark message appears as shown in Figure 2. However, when I try to select the red exclamation mark, the result shown in Figure 3 appears. After I press OK, the red exclamation mark still exists. How can I solve this issue? Can you provide the latest version? Currently, the TAS5825M version I have installed is 3.1.14.

Hi Leo,
I am also seeing the same issue on my end. Let me check with our PPC3 development team and I will get back to you. It may take couple of days until I have a solution.
Hi Leo,
We figured out the issue that was causing the "access Denied" after signing in. That issue has not been fixed yet but we are working on it.
However, for this particular device app, we just pushed the latest version which is 3.1.15. If you go to the below link and download the tar.gz file and install it again, you should be able to use the latest version and that red exclamation mark should be gone.

All of these updates should have been automatic when you sign in. But again we are working on to fix that issue. Hopefully you should be all set for now with this latest version.
Hi Leo,
Glad that it worked out for you. The login issue is a separate issue and it will not prevent you from utilizing the tool or configuring your amp. It may take a while until we solve that login issue since we do not have any solution as of yet.
