The biquads all feed into each other (output of BQ1 is the input of BQ2 and so on). This means that the order of the filters could increase or decrease noise due to floating point operation at each step.

The previous response did not address my issue, so I will describe it again:  

Test conditions: PVDD = 24V, speaker load: 4Ω@PBTL mode  

During the production process using "Noise NG.ppc3" for TAS5822M, 20% of the chips exhibit high output noise.  

For some chips with poor noise performance, using "Noise OK.ppc3" may improve the noise.  

"Noise NG.ppc3" and "Noise OK.ppc3" have the same EQ settings, but the EQ positions are different.  

The noise performance of the problematic chips is as follows:  

- **Noise OK file**: EQ4 and EQ9 are turned off, while EQ12 and EQ13 are used. The output noise is 0.4mV (A-wt).  

- **Noise NG file**: EQ4 and EQ9 are used, while EQ12 and EQ13 are turned off. The output noise is 0.7mV (A-wt).  

The questions are as follows:  

Question 1: Why do different chips have significant differences in output noise values with the same EQ configuration?  

Question 2: For some chips with high noise, why does the EQ position affect the noise even though the EQ settings are the same?  

Question 3: What are the solutions to resolve this issue?

i used your noise NG/OK ppc3 files and checked the output idle noise, it seems the result has no big difference.
