TAS2563: Can't install the EVM App after being granted access for the SW.

Tool/software:

I have been granted access to the Pure Path Console and  TAS 2563 SW, however, the app does not show up in the Pure Path Console. I have tried signing in and out and refreshing the EVM apps list in PPC3.

Please let me know if there's an alternate way to gain access to the EVM App for the TAS 2563.
