PCM6240-Q1: Terminal status related

Part Number: PCM6240-Q1

Tool/software:

When the IC is in the RESET state, is there any change in each terminal from the normal operation?
Can you briefly describe the status of each terminal, input high and low, output high and low? Output high/low? High resistance?

There is no description in the data sheet

  • Hi Zeng,

Almost all pins except power supply pins are in an HIz state

    • The I2C bus is open drain meaning the pin is in a high impedance state unless its given external logic.
    • GPIO pins are in push-pull configuration, HI-z state by default unless configured otherwise, and set to be driven active low or weak high (on-chip pullup)
    • VBAT, SHDNZ, ADDR and ASI clocks are HIZ
    • AVDD, IOVDD, AREG, DREG, Vref, BSTxxx pins are active
    • MICBIAS is active when enabled in registers
