Cause of IC11 was abnormal because checked other parts did not abnormal found and from results FCT of swap part check IC11
therefore it can be confirmed that cause is from IC11. which SIIX could not verify, had to send it to manufacturer to analyze cause again.
- Electrical characteristic check at Normal, Low, High temperature condition.
- Internal element surface check (resin remove), even no abnormality found.
- Investigate the root cause of this case., Assume the possibility cause, how this defect occurrence?.
- Please investigate cause & reply initial analysis report within 07-Mar-2025 and final analysis report within 18-Mar-2025
