INA1650-Q1: Balanced XLR driver with single supply

Dear all, as follow up since my last preliminary question on that, I've designed the balanced XLR driver stage, based on the information from the datasheet.

As you can see from the picture below, I plan to connect the VMID Output to both REF_A/B and COM_A/B.

Furthermore, my single ended audio signal would go to the IN +A input. IN +B input to ground.

IN -A input tied to OUT_B; IN -B input tied to OUT_A.

Is this all correct ? Are you seeing any warning / issue ?

Please try the following and simulation. Since you are using single 34Vdc supply rail, you need to bias the Vref in the middle of supply rail. The best option is to use dual and symmetry supply rails for audio application.

In my case, I've a single ended audio input, that's why I adhered to what reported in the INA1651 datasheet, i.e.: IN -A connected to OUT B, and IN -B connected to OUT A.

Plus, as you say, I utilized the INA1651 internal 1/2 Vreference (VMID-OUT), to bias the following: REF-A, REF-B, COM-A, COM-B.

So, would my schematics work in this particular configuration ?

yes, as long as you take care of the common mode voltage reference issues in the design, the circuit should work.
