Our customer took a TPA3250D2EVM and modified it by replacing the TPA3250 with a TPA3244.
Here is the configuration:
- 30V supply
- BTL mode (using only one input)
- Differential inputs. Each input is a 134Hz sine wave, 0.6V peak to peak, so 1.2V total on the input
- the load is a 2 Ohm resistive load
He measured 9.4V peak to peak across the load on the output.
He was expecting to see a fixed gain of 10. Is that right? If so, why is he not seeing it?
