NE5532A: Technical issues

I have replied to the thread below, which I believe that is addressing the issues from the same company (Adam Audio GmbH)

Please ask the company to send me the schematic and I will take a look at the circuit and find the root cause. My speculation is that the audio circuit may need to be optimized due to FAB change in the product.

There are some differences between old and post-PCN product, but we can compensate the differences. It is possible the existing Pass/Fail requirements do not apply to the post-PCN product, where the Pass/Fail requirements need to be changed. It may also related to the existing design per the customer the analog circuit. Anyway, I'd like to see the customer's schematic and understand the real issues before I can provide a suggestion or a solution.

Please let me know which package NE5532ADR or NE5532AIP that the customer is using. 

What are resistor tolerances in the dual feedback compensation circuit?

There is a possibility that your 2.5Vref a R582 is too high for new Si-die design. If you reduce the bias voltage from 2.5Vdc to 2Vdc, your issues may be resolved.
