Hi team,
Logging in and using the software does not allow access to the software.

Hi,
A second log-in is a known issue/bug with PPC3 GUI to make apps available. Please monitor for PPC3 version updates to resolve.
Hi Douglas,
Bringing PPC3 up to date did not solve the problem.
Is there any solution?
Also, the page says 3.2.0 is the latest version, but when I downloaded and checked the version from PPC3, it was 3.2.1.
What is the latest version?
Best Regards,
Ryu.
Hi Douglas,
I tried, but the result was the same.
It is the same in the previous state and in the newly installed one, but I have to manually install the TAA3040 Apps because it does not appear in the Available EVM Apps.
Is this the cause?
Best Regards,
Ryu.
Hi Ryu-san,
It is known that you have to install the app manually. We are working on a fix for the apps to be detected automatically. In the current state, the login function is disconnected from our approval software so it is redundant. I recommend not logging in.
There was also a rollback last year so the label may be incorrect. If you downloaded it directly from ti.com then that is the correct version.
Does installing the app manually and not logging in fix the problem?
Thanks,
Jeff McPherson
Hi Douglas,
Yes, I can use it now if I don't log in.
So you mean I have to use it without logging in now.
Best Regards,
Ryu.
