TAS2563YBGEVM-DC: PPC3 app installation is not working properly

Hello, some engineers.

I installed PPC3 to work with the TAS2563 EVM.

When I open an application and sign in, the installed PPC3 application displays "Access Denied" and the frame is grayed out.(Image_1)

When I signed out once, the "Access Denied" message disappeared. However, when I clicked inside the box, it remained in the "Loading" state and did not move.(Image_2)

When the screen was in the "Loading" state, I was unable to do anything on the screen, so I ended the task in the Task Manager.

Also, after trying the above two or three times, when I tried to sign in, the message "Access Denied" appeared, and I was no longer able to sign in at all.(Image_3)

The version on PPC is v3.2.1, which I understand to be the latest.(Image_4)

Please let me know the steps I need to take to be able to use the TAS2563 evaluation board.
Any kind help would be greatly appreciated.
