This information is available in datasheet. Please refer to section 7.3.1 System Clock Input as well as Table 2. System Clock Rates for Common Audio Sampling Frequencies to see the acceptable system clks for a given sampling frequency. Also review section 6.6 Timing Requirements in datasheet

I have another question PCM1794A after power on, in default we are getting 0.808mA for both diff channel. Could you please clarify this and even after programming also we are getting same current on both channel there is no change in the current.

Hello,
In general when you power on a device, it is sitting in idle mode , even after you program it. Once you start running the signals , then different modules would kick in. So for different parts current may change or not after programming .
