You are recording on the EVM right? Does the EVM appear in the windows device manager, do the two orange LEDs on the board light up, and does the codec control GUI show that you have established connection to the EVM?

I am not recorging on EVM I am doing it on my fpga it self. when I am playing a audio and connecting jack to codec from cpu. After configuring the codec and playing the samples are colleccted on i2s receive buffer and stored in memory. This is how i am doing.

Hi Geetha,

So you have the EVM connected to the FPGA? Is all power being delivered correctly and the I2C is confirmed to be ACKing?

I would recommend trying the EVM controlled by the GUI on the PC. It will be easier to double check the software setting is correct.

Hi sir,

No, I have not connected any EVM to FPGA, I have written a code and dumping it into the FPGA and playing song via google and connecting to FPGA through jack pin.

So there is no EVM as a part of this system? I am wondering since that is the part number you listed in the title.

If there is no EVM how is the codec device interfacing with the FPGA? A block diagram or some visual would help me better understand the set up.
