PCM3120-Q1: The different requirements on power-up and power down between pcm3120-Q1 and pcm3140-Q1

Customer checked the datasheets of pcm3120-Q1 and pcm3140-Q1 and found the power-up and power-down sequence are different. 

Would you help share your comments on below questions?

1. Why both devices have the different power-up and power-down sequence since both share the same performance except the ADC input channels?

2. Can both share the same power-up and power-down sequence? If yes, what's the same power-up and power-down sequences? If both devices are used in one board, the same power-up and power-down sequences can easy the control method for MCU.
